UI designer/developer
Omar started working as a web designer in digital marketing agencies in 2000, when dinosaurs ruled the Earth. From very early on he moved between UI/UX design and front-end development, although increasingly focused on the technical side, accessibility and best practices in user interfaces.
Omar enjoys both designing components in Figma and bringing them to life in HTML, CSS and Javascript. Among his favourite front-end frameworks are Vue.js and Nuxt. The latter also allows him to explore the simplicity and performance of static websites and applications using the Jamstack approach. One of its strengths lies in its versatility. Thanks to its broad profile, it can understand and address various aspects of application or website design and development with ease.
Besides the web, Omar loves horror and science fiction, artificial intelligence, birds, gardening and role-playing games. He is always listening to some kind of incomprehensible music.
